Regional MCBIOS Conference to be hosted at OSU
The MidSouth Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Conference will be in Stillwater at the Wes Watkins Center on March 6-8.
MCBIOS: The MidSouth Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Conference will present their annual meeting in Stillwater at the Wes Watkins Center on March 6-8. On March 6th, a short Workshop on Next-Generation Sequencing technologies and tools will be held. The Workshop is developed by the OSU Bioinformatics Certification Graduate Program. Dr. Peter Hoyt is the Workshop Chairperson, and was fortunate to get additional lecturers and experts Dr. Graham Wiley (OMRF), and Dr. Joshua Orvis (U. of Maryland and Johns Hopkins).
NOTE: On February 4th, the Workshop is full. Sorry but fire Department regulations limited the number of people allowed to attend!
