The Bioinformatics Workshop has been scheduled for AUGUST 4-8, 2014.
NEW BIOINFORMATICS WORKSHOP DATES ANNOUNCED
The OSU Bioinformatics Certificate Graduate Program, and the Bioinformatics Core Facility, is glad to announce the dates for the Bioinformatics Workshop in August, 2014.
The dates are: August 4 – August 8
Location: Bennet Hall Computer Lab
Class Times: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Cost: $125 includes lunches and break snacks/coffee
Applications should be sent as soon as possible. A maximum of 30 seats are available.
To apply, send a short description of your research project using bioinformatics to bioinformatics@okstate.edu. This may also help us tailor the exercises. OSU students and Faculty (including OSU-Tulsa and OSU-OKC) will get top priority.
OSU graduate students can sign up for BIOC 6820 in the following Fall Semester to perform a project based on the workshop, and earn two hours of graduate credit.

The Workshop does NOT provide any course credit. If you are a graduate student at OSU and wish to receive related course credit you'll have to enroll in BIOC 6820 and do an online advanced project. Advanced Project enrollment is limited to 8 participants.
